Music Teaching Artists (Five), commencing late July 2018
Location: Constitution Hill/Wentworthville area
We are launching a new, fully funded children's orchestra with positions for five Music Teaching Artists, part time.
The values and vision of each successful candidate will align with those of Symphony For Life Foundation.
The orchestras will meet on Mondays and Fridays after school during school terms. String positions will be available for either Mondays and Fridays or for Mondays only.
The Singing and Movement (Orff-based) position will be for Fridays only.

Volunteer with SFL
Location: Parramatta area
Symphony For Life Foundation is currently seeking an Executive Assistant (Volunteer, part time) to work with John Hibbard, Director of Programs. This position will support John as he collaborates in the building of Australia's newest social-action-through-music programs. Each program harnesses the great power of community based orchestral and choral music for children and youth who live with great challenges or who live in diverse and often disparate and at-risk communities.
The job is part time and will involve a mix of face to face collaboration, community engagement and working from home.
The estimated time will be a flexible and variable mix of 10 hours per week.
